Not all platforms are right for all objectives, so developing the initiative strategy is key. The style of writing, messages, metrics and timing of the content is critical to the success, but understanding and communicating the goals is often the biggest challenge of the engagement. By developing a strategic communications plan that clearly outlays the goals and objectives, along with the expected outcomes, is an important aspect of this engagement, to engage not only the customer, but also the senior level clients.
